This is the track “Game” from the italian electro-pop band M+A that I have recently remixed.
The RMX aims to blend together different features and influences from all my favourite type of dance music: R&B and jazzy lush chord progressions lay on a bassy, pulsating 808 housey pattern. The chopped up vocals enrich the track with a rhythmical pace throughout the whole song.
In the break down there’s a sort of orchestral overture, opening up to a dramatic peak until the beat drops back in.
