Store credit is virtual money that can be used within the Audio Animals online store. Store credit is only to be used to upgrade orders or purchase studio service credit to be used over a period of time. You will not receive a coupon code for your store credit. Instead we will manually upgrade your order or create you store credit account in our system to use over a period of time.

UPGRADING ORDERS

Store credit is often used to upgrade studio services. For instance if a client has purchased mastering at £40 and later decides to upgrade to stem mastering at £80. £40 store credit can be purchased and used to upgrade and pay the difference. Once purchased we will manually upgrade the order on our system.

SPEND OVER TIME

Many of our studio services clients will purchase store credit and have it kept on file to use over the period of a few months. For instance £500 store credit can be purchased, then the price of the studio service deducted from your total balance as you send your music in to us to be worked on.
